I have just been given the green light to start jogging on a treadmill (or track clear of snow). I am hoping to be ready for the Mt. Washingtn Road Race in June... not sure if that is realistic, but I am very excited to start working towards it. I had to walk the majority of it last year and I would like to run 3/4 of it this year.
